Do you ever find yourself craving foods you know you shouldn’t eat?
I think that’s something we all deal with … a lot. The good news is, you can indulge every now and then, and still see results with your health and fitness goals.
Or, you can even look into healthier alternatives to your favorite foods.
I love just about anything chocolate peanut butter. I mean seriously … if I’m going to indulge … it’s going to be on something with chocolate and peanut butter.
However, I recently came up with a recipe for a chocolate peanut butter caramel protein shake that tastes out of this world delicious!
On top of that, It has 37 grams of protein and only 432 calories!
That way you can indulge in something sweet without pushing your fitness goals to the side.

WHO IS THIS SHAKE GOOD FOR?
This protein shake is a great option for most people. For one, it has a lot of protein which is great for just about any fitness goal. There are also a good amount of carbs and fats for anybody looking to gain weight.
For somebody trying to burn body fat … this shake can still work! You just want to make sure it fits in well with the rest of your nutrition.
IS THIS SHAKE VEGAN FRIENDLY?
This shake is NOT vegan friendly. However, you can make it vegan friendly with a few ingredient changes! Just take out the greek yogurt and replace the Level-1 Caramel Latte with Vegan Power Pro French Toast.
Vegan Power Pro is a plant-based protein powder that works just as well for the recipe! Just be conscious of how that can alter the macros of the shake. If you click a link and purchase, I may be compensated.
